MUNICIPAL COURT

The Municipal Judge is the Honorable Bill Chaffin.

 Municipal Court is held each Thursday at the City Council Chambers/Municipal Courtroom located at 308 S 3rd St, Davis, OK. The entrance is on the West side of the building on the North end.

To pay in person, bring citation, cash, cashier’s check or money order to City Hall, 227 E Main St, Davis, OK 73030 during regular business hours. 

To pay by mail:

• enter a plea, then sign and date the back of the citation;

• send cashier's check, or money order payable to "Davis Municipal Court";

• mail it to City of Davis, 227 E Main St, Davis, OK 73030

To bond a person out of jail after business hours, make a payment at the Murray County Sherriff’s Office located at 700 W 10th St, Sulphur, OK 73086.
