PUBLIC WORKS

The Davis Public Works Authority is the arm of the City of Davis that keeps the infrastructure in working order. These departments include Line Maintenance, Sanitation, Street, and Construction. Whether it's rebuilding streets or replacing water and sewer lines, the employees who serve in the public works division keep the city operating at maximum efficiency. BUILDING INSPECTION

Convenience Site Information:

The City of Davis and Davis Municipal Authority offers a Convenience Site for the use of our residents with garbage service. The site is open Wednesday 1 PM-5 PM, Thursday through Saturday 9 AM-5 PM and it is located on Whiteoak St next to the city shop.  We do not accept shingles, paint, tires, or anything with freon.  It is for the items that won’t fit into your polycart, such at large boxes, limbs or large amounts of bagged trashed due to a clean out.
